These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("Client" or "Customer") and Home Pampered (referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our"). These terms and conditions also manage your use of our website (homepampered.com) and the services we provide. By using the website you agree to accept by these terms. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not make a booking.

Eligibility

Our platform and the provided services are solely for persons who are 18 or older.

Home Pampered Platform

When booking a service, Home Pampered acts as a booking agency for self-employed beauty therapists. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of our platform. Your beauty therapist is liable for providing the services to you and you have a direct contract between you and the beauty therapist concerning the provision of the required services. This contract does not include us.

Neither we nor the beauty therapists are healthcare providers and neither we nor they provide any medical advice or medical treatments.

The beauty therapist is liable to have a valid insurance, and it is not our responsibility to provide any insurance or guarantees. We make no representation regarding the reliability or quality of the beauty therapists. You acknowledge that you use the beauty therapists at your own risk. When interacting with such professionals, you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property.

You agree that you will not seek to book any services from any of our beauty therapists other through our platform for at least 4 months after your last booking through our platform.

Booking Cancellations

You may cancel a booking at any time by contacting us.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full. Also, if you fail to be at your designated property after 20 minutes of your booked appointment time, you will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice or cause.

Disclaimer

By using our platform, you agree to hold Home Pampered free from liability or responsibility for any damages that might arise out of the transaction between you and our platform or any beauty therapists.

You agree and acknowledge that Home Pampered only provides a platform for arranging the services, and is not the provider of those services. It is the obligation of the beauty therapists to provide such services, and Home Pampered shall not be held responsible for any actions, errors or omissions of beauty therapists.

To the fullest extent allowed by law we will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind related to your use of the platform and in no event shall our maximum aggregate responsibility exceed one hundred pounds sterling. In the event of an interruption to our services, we shall not be responsible for any loss or other damage this may cause to you.

Health and Safety

You agree to notify us and the beauty therapist before the appointment, of any medical conditions that may affect the services.

You agree and accept that, whilst Home Pampered and the beauty therapist have taken all reasonable precautions regards hygiene, there is no guarantee that the passing of viruses, bacteria or other illnesses is prevented. By agreeing to receive the service, you accept the risk of any such event and agree that neither Home Pampered nor the beauty therapist shall be responsible for any illness contracted as a direct or indirect consequence of receiving the services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions were last updated on 24/5/2022.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time and we recommmend you review them bofore making your booking. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are determined in English.
